Pop up Tea Shop

We stumbled across a blog post about a tea shop in Brazil that literally pops out from the wall. The coloured wall conceals the serving hatch, signage and even storage on wheels. Such a genius idea incorporating the build into the wall. It's like a flat pack shop. We found the link here on Frankie Magazines blog.

Bliss in the Woods

We're finally able to talk about the Bliss in the Woods prototypes we worked on last year. We worked with Our Workshop to produce prototypes of their new woodland kitchenware range they had designed for Bliss Home. We created a 3D realisation from their drawings by sculpting them in a dense foam. These protoypes were then tweaked until everyone was happy with the dimensions and form and were then passed onto the factories to aid in the production. Here are some images of the models you might find interesting. If you'd like to see the full range in it's finished state you can visit Our Workshop's online store here. Or see more pics on our website http://www.creea.co.uk/

We love working with designers to create a 3d version of a design they've dreamed up, so do get in touch if you'd like us to help on a project.

Boxpark

Boxpark Shoreditch is a retail revolution – the world’s first pop-up mall. We like the use of shipping containers. Based in the heart of East London, for the next five years. BOXPARK strips and refits shipping containers to create unique, low cost, low risk, ‘box shops’. Put them together with a unique mix of international fashion and lifestyle brands, galleries and cafés and you’ve got the world’s first ‘pop-up’ mall.

Norweigan Scenic Stops

This is a perfect marry of materials with nature. The Norweigan government employed architects and designers to build tourist rest stops that would show off the stunning landscape. The architects have created these amazing areas throughout the country creating some scenic masterpieces. Makes us want to book our plane tickets over there! Read more here.
